Account management
How to manage your Axalot profile, password, email verification, marketing emails, and account deletion.
What Profile controls
Profile is the personal account area in Axalot. It is separate from organization membership: changing profile settings changes your user account, not the records inside an organization.
Personal details
View your email, user ID, account creation date, and update your display name.
Security
Change your password and verify your email address.
Preferences
Turn marketing emails on or off.
Account deletion
Disable future sign-in with the current credentials.

Personal information
The profile page shows the account identity attached to the current signed-in user.

| Account Created | Date when the account was created. |
Update your name
Open Console / Profile.
In Personal Information, select Edit beside Name.
Enter first name and last name.
Save the change. Axalot updates the account metadata and refreshes the profile view.
Verify email
If the email is unverified, the profile page shows a Send verification email action.
Open Console / Profile.
Select Send verification email beside the unverified email.
Open the verification link from the mailbox attached to the account.
Return to Profile after the callback completes.
Change password
Password changes require the current password before Axalot saves the new one.
Open Console / Profile.
In Security & Privacy, select Change Password.
Enter the current password.
Enter and confirm the new password.
Save the new password.

Current password is checked first
If the current password is wrong, Axalot does not attempt to save the new password.
Marketing emails
The Receive marketing emails switch controls promotional product updates and offers.
Axalot may send product updates and special offers to the account email.
Axalot stops sending marketing campaigns. Security, legal, billing, and other operational messages may still be sent when required.
The preference is saved on the account metadata as marketing_opt_in.
Delete account
Deleting the account disables future access with the same credentials. Axalot signs the user out immediately and stores a deletion timestamp on the account record.
Open Console / Profile.
In Security & Privacy, select Delete Account.
Read the confirmation text.
Confirm deletion. Axalot marks the account as deleted and redirects to sign in.
Deletion is account-level
Account deletion disables sign-in for these credentials. Organization data, audit history, and records owned by organizations are not described as deleted by this action.
