Affiliate Networks
How affiliate networks define currencies, offer URL templates, conversion statuses, postback macros, and duplicate conversion handling in Axalot.
What affiliate networks do
An affiliate network is the partner system behind offers and conversion postbacks. In Axalot, it stores the default currency, URL parameter template, partner status values, postback macro names, and duplicate conversion policy.
Currency
Default payout currency for offers from this network.
Status mapping
Partner statuses are mapped to accepted, hold, redep, decline, and trash.
Postback macros
Network macro names identify click id, status, revenue, currency, and external id.
Duplicates
Duplicate conversion types can be accepted only when explicitly configured.

Postback macros

revenue | Payout or revenue value. |

Click id is the critical macro
If the network does not send the tracked click id back, Axalot cannot reliably connect the conversion to the original click.
Setup flow
Create the affiliate network and select its default currency.
Fill status values used by the partner network.
Fill postback macro names for click id, status, revenue, currency, and external id.
Configure duplicate conversion handling only when the partner flow requires it.
Create offers under the network, then create offer links for campaign rotation.
