Report builder

How to build useful Tracker report views in Axalot with groupings, metrics, filters, sorting, and saved presets.

What the builder controls

The Tracker report builder controls which rows are produced, which metrics are shown, how the report is filtered, and whether the view is saved as a preset.

Groupings

Split rows by up to 4 dimensions.

Metrics

Choose traffic, flow, PWA, conversion, revenue, and quality columns.

Rule filters

Limit the dataset with the same filter model used in reports.

Presets

Save repeatable report views for daily operations.

Limits

SettingLimit
GroupingsUp to 4
MetricsAt least 1; no duplicates
Rule filtersUp to 20
SortingOne active sort field
User presetsUp to 100

Pick the date range and timezone first.

Choose one primary grouping: campaign_id, traffic_source_id, stream_id, or offer_link_id.

Add one diagnostic grouping only if the first view is too broad.

Keep metrics aligned with the question: traffic, flow, conversions, revenue, or quality.

Add rule filters after the table proves the correct dimension exists.

Save a preset only when the view will be reused.

Preset examples

Group by day, campaign_id, and creative_id. Use visits, unique visits, sales, revenue, EPC, and quality metrics.

Group by campaign_id, stream_id, rotation_id, and offer_link_id. Use visits, offer redirects, sales, and validation errors.

Group by affiliate_network_id, offer_id, and offer_link_id. Use sales, leads, registrations, revenue, and conversion rates.

Group by campaign_id, pwa_id, and platform. Use PWA installs, click to install %, and unique click to install %.

Sorting

Sort by the metric that answers the question.

QuestionSort by
Where is traffic?visits_count
Which route converts?sales_count or registrations_count
Which destination earns?total_revenue or epc
Where is tracking broken?invalid_flow_events or validation_error_events

Do not save noisy presets

A preset with too many groupings and metrics becomes hard to read. Save focused operational views, not every possible column.
